Discovery Call (45 min): Typically, within 7 business days, you will be booked and meeting your Project Manager.

The Discovery Call is a HIGH-level call to learn about your business, set goals,  prepare you for the Mapping call.

Mapping Call (1 hr): The Mapping Call is where we get into the weeds and start to translate your business into HubSpot.

We will be mapping out your marketing, sales, and service processes so our team has a clear agreement on what to implement within HubSpot.

Weekly Meeting (30 min): We meet weekly to share the progress of the implementation and answer any questions you or your team have.

These calls are NOT training sessions, but a time to share status and for both teams to answer remaining questions.

Technical Setup and Implementation: Our technical team will be doing the technical setup to build HubSpot specific to your business in the background between your weekly meetings.

Portal Review and Handoff: At the end of the setup we will meet to review and hand off to your team.
