Before partnering with us, Carlocker had attempted to use HubSpot alongside other tools, but without proper sales pipeline automation and process design, they weren't maximizing the platform's potential for their automotive business.

Background

Carlocker is a premier automotive business specializing in luxury and classic vehicle storage, located in the United States. They focus on climate-controlled storage for high-value vehicles, detailing and consignment services.

 

Following On The Fuze's 3-Phase Approach to Maximize HubSpot, they entered our partnership at Phase 1: Reset, with the goal to reach Phase 2: Optimize and turn their HubSpot into a money-making machine!

 

Challenges

Carlocker came to us with ambitious goals to create a customized automotive CRM solution and guidance on what was realistically achievable within HubSpot's capabilities. Their core challenges were:

 

  • They were juggling multiple systems to manage different aspects of their automotive business.
  • Inefficient processes and data silos made lead management automation impossible.
  • Internally, their Team lacked the technical knowledge and a framework needed to optimize HubSpot CRM for their specific automotive industry needs.

 

The consequences were inconsistent data, time wasted switching between systems, and missed opportunities due to lack of centralized visibility into their entire automotive operation.

 

Solutions

Part 2: HubSpot Data Migration and Sales Pipeline Setup

Based on the Mapping Call and Discovery phase, we started implementation:

 

  • Migrated all customer data from outside, siloed systems. Helping the client see all their data in one place.
  • Created a HubSpot Sales Pipeline with Deal Stages and Automation to streamline their sales process and easily track their different services - vehicle storage, detailing, and consignment.
  • Consolidated customer data onto a single records so their Team could easily see all touch points and services offered to a client.
  • Created automated HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing across different business functions and service lines.
