Client’s Challenge
The client needed us to create a Product Slider module.
The catch? The module needs to show products for in-store and mobile displays!
It also needs to…
- Filter products from a categorized menu
- Connect to the product database
- Display images of the products and product details
Solution
First, our team built a Blog Listing and Blog Post using tags to mask the product categories.
The slider was then built as a custom module using the same tags to load information from the listing and connected both assets.
Finally, all styling and functionality characteristics were created using CCS code and JavaScript.
The Result
The client was super happy with the results and LOVED how easy it is to replicate the module!
