Client’s Challenge
A client received purchase orders from their contacts via email.
However, they needed to extract the information related to the purchase order from each email and automatically saved/updated it in the respective HubSpot contact.
Solution
Thankfully, the client has Operations Hub Professional to fix this!
Our team used Python code to build an Email Parser and host it in a Programmable Workflow which was triggered every time a new email arrived in the inbox.
This analyzer was able to extract the solicited data from the emails and automatically save it in the HubSpot contacts… saving the clients hours of manual data input every week!
